La fréquence des phénomènes allergiques ne cesse d4augmenter depuis quelques années dans le monde. En France, 25 à 30 % de la population générale présente des phénomènes allergiques (source Ameli) Le phénomène biologique conduisant au développement d'une allergie se réalise à partir de 2 phases successives : une phase initiale de "sensibilisation" asymptomatique (=sans symptôme, donc invisible) et une 2e phase de "réaction allergique" symptomatique (=avec symptômes). Quels sont les mécanismes impliqués ?
